SOTA 2 (ages 11-16)
SOTA 2 classes are geared toward students who are dedicated to studying the skills and techniques of theatre in an advanced level. Students continue to build theatre skills and techniques by moving through the levels of programming from auditions to rehearsals to a final performance of their given show. Students are given the opportunity to produce and perform in a full production while expressing themselves, building confidence, exploring their imaginations and inner voice and developing lasting relationships with peers and staff. Students in our SOTA 2 classes are also given the chance to work with directors and teachers in developing scenes, blocking and minor directing as well as helping create sets, props and costumes.
THE SHOW: Students will be performing “ANNIE” the popular movie, comic strip and musical come to life. ANNIE tells the story of an adorable orphan girl show is adopted into a loving family. With popular tunes such as “Tomorrow” and “Hard Knock Life”, this is bound to be an amazing show!
WHEN: Our classes meet for 8 weeks and begin on Thursday, April 11 from 4pm-6pm and end with a BIG final performances on May 31 at 7:00pm.

COST: The cost of our classes are $200 per students and $180 for Active-Duty Military families. The cost includes sets, specialty costumes, all classes and staff, a big cast party, professional headshots and our final performances.
